Seven Months Today!!

Ainsley is seven months old today. She's getting really big and active. She's very into her exersaucer now because she LOVES to stand up.

She's not quite sitting up on her own yet, but I think within the next month, she'll get there.

For Easter, Ainsley got Lamby, her purple lamb, (I'm not very creative w/names. I can't wait for her to start naming things.)

This dress was made for Ainsley by Jan Koenig, a woman I work with. Its cuteness knows no bounds.

Ms. A in her Seahawks onesie. If you're thinking of Father's Day present ideas for Sean, Ainsley is sadly lacking any 12 mo. Seahawks clothing.

In the morning, Ainsley and I hang out. She eats her breakfast, plays in her exersaucer, and watches Toot and Puddle. Then it's time for Mama Cuddling. It's a good way to start the day.

Ainsley got her first tooth this month. Her bottom tooth came in on April 17. If you look hard, you can see it in this picture. She weathered the teething well. Sean andI think she's working on an upper tooth now.

Ainsley and I went to NW Indiana to visit family. My cousin Christy and her son (who was born 2 weeks before Ainsley) Cole came into town. Here's Ainsley with Aunt Jess.

Hamming it up with Aunt Melia.

This child is happy. A lot. (Notice I brought the exersaucer with us.)

Happy baby with Aunt Lori!

A four generations picture. Great grandma, Momma, Ainsley, and Grandma. Again, Ainsley is happy. This new victorious arms thing is cracking me up.

Cole, Christy, Ainsley, and Momma. Christy and I couldn't get over how different Cole and Ainsley were--size, skills, etc.

Ainsley and Grandma.

Ainsley and Cole played on the mat for about 3-4 minutes, then Cole started chattering at Ainsley. This freaked her out (coupled with the house full of people and the exhaustion from being a hot potato) and caused a voracious fit throwing session.

Ainsley with Grandpa Lee Roy. She really wanted to eat his hat.
